This is the fifth of five courses of the Leadership Excellence in Africa’s Public Sector (LEAPS) Program. The LEAPS Program is designed for senior officials in the Public Financial Management (PFM) with the skills needed for effective governance and public sector performance across Africa. The LEAPS program is offered in English and French.
This course focuses on equipping leaders with the ability to navigate and influence complex, interconnected environments. You will develop systemic thinking and ecosystem awareness, allowing you to understand the broader context in which the PFM sector operates. The course emphasizes collaboration across ecosystems, fostering partnerships that drive mutual success and sustainability. We will explore strategies for promoting environmental and public finance sustainability, leading change in complex environments, and aligning your fiscal policy with the larger ecosystem. By integrating these principles, you will be prepared to guide your PFM system toward impactful, ecosystem-wide success.
Target Audience
The course is designed for senior officials in public finance and public administration.
