This is the fourth of five courses of the Leadership Excellence in Africa’s Public Sector (LEAPS) Program. The LEAPS Program is designed for senior officials in the Public Financial Management (PFM) with the skills needed for effective governance and public sector performance across Africa. The LEAPS program is offered in English and French.

Target Audience
The course is designed for senior officials in public finance and public administration.
